I'm looking for an app to list my income and bills that will recommend how to budget.

I'm currently using Albert. It helps you save and keep track of all your spending. It even has a savings you can use.

I recommend chime c h i m e that is a good app it helps me to budget it shows me all my expenses and it shows my balance I love it try it

I use a spreadsheet too, but these are some good suggestions. My bank (Chase) also offers some sort of budgeting breakdown for me as well. I haven't really utilized it extensively, but I'm sure it also would work, so definitely check out your bank's app.

Albert is really good. They have several different ways to get involved in savings. Some you set up and they will do all the work for you. They also can get you involved with retirement saving and help you save for a car and get car insurance as well. There are also a few others as well. There is also an option to stay in touch with what they call, GENIUS. A computer. I'm sure it's guys but they are brilliant when it comes to anything finance. He answers pretty much any questions you might have. It's free to get on to. Just link your bank or credit union. PayPal I believe is an option as well. Great saving!
