I am having an issue with getting the points for the child tax credit activity.

I have done all of the child credit activities three times and got no credit for any of them. Also, my deposits in the savings race did not show up on Monday and my name does not show up on the leader board.

I have a ton of different activities like the child credit one but they never give credit. I wish they would just get rid of them instead of them just sitting there.

I have completed all of the daily activities and never received all of my badges. When will they show up on my account?

I had the same problem with the child tax credit survey. I contacted customer service and they credited me the points - give it a try 😉

Go to Help and Contact them. They quickly gave me all my missing points after I did this.

I just noticed that I havent recieved any points for posting or reading the daily articles in days now. I'm tired of having to constantly get in touch with them.

So far, Microsoft edge works for forum posts. Not all browsers work for points.
