IDK, I wish I could give you an answer. My box to scratch off has completely disappeared and I cannot find it anywhere. I read in another thread that someone contacted them and was told that they are redoing it and it will come back soon. Sorry I couldnt help you more, maybe someone else has more information.

The week before my box to scratch off disappeared, it was acting like I already did for the week when I hadn't. So I'm glad to hear that they knew of the issue and were already working on it. I'll just have to be patient and build up my points while I wait. Thanks for the info!

I will be checking back tomorrow and hopefully the box to scratch off will be there! It would be great if there was something there alerting everyone of what is going on though. That would be helpful to their customer base and be good customer service in my opinion!
