Depends on where you live and what's available to you. I like Kaiser as they have a centralized system of getting support and everything is standardized. If you need a specific type of specialist or want good care, you need to find the doctor or medial group you want, and then search for insurance. For example, what's important to me is a large medical group that has general doctors, specialists, is well-rated, and has a central database of electronic records, appointments, and online billing. In my city, there is a large medical group/hospital complex and Kaiser that offers that.

We should take a lesson from Canada and their healthcare system. Instead of it being about greed and how much they can get times 5, it’s about individual healthcare. It would be helpful, wouldn’t it?
