I'm still not getting points to spend. They show up in my Badges earned area but I cannot use them anywhere else. I'm very disappointed and am not sure how to fix this. I has been 2 weeks. Anyone know what to do?

I am not getting my badges it say I have the same 8 badges. I am not getting no more survey. What's going on. I have my card link its not linking the card
