Stash app is a good app and so is Acorns and Copper. These are some of the user friendly apps that helps individual to get started on investing

Does everyone here invest their money? I want to look into ways to increase money but the cost it usually entails terrifies me I don’t know why. I’m a mom of 4 little boys and I think anything like that with uncertainty scares me

WeBull is a good place to start. Let me know if you want more info.

Yes, Robinhood is fine, as it charges no commissions (but does entail a spread, like all brokers). Its gamified style may be distracting, however.

I was not aware that CashApp has Penny Stock. I'll have to look into that. Great information!

I just started my first baby step into investing with Cash app. They had pretty easy to understand intro about stocks and crypto currencies that hit me interested. I noticed consistent growth of bitcoins but there weren't as much useful references as stocks that helped me understand. I put $20 just to play around and in a week it grew to $25. Yay free cup of coffee…!

Stay away from crypto currencies like bitcoin right now if you’re new at investing

I like Stash. While some people prefer Acorns I'm not a fan. Slow customer service for one thing.

If you I just want to invest in SOMETHING and don't know what or how perhaps an Asperations account is for you as you can earn with roundups, social conscience purchases, and they have their Redwood fund which invests in various socially acceptable companies. And you can choose to pay $0 a month.

Take some time and read about Bitcoin. It can be somewhat complex so really getting into it is important before making any decisions. You most likely will not end up with any quick money. It driven more for the future. The way it has been going lately and from what the experts say, 20 years down the line it could bring you some substantial gain. "Could" bring you. Learn and read first. Make an informed decision(s). May some happiness and financial wellness come your way. All of you

48 hours ago I would have again said buy some cybercurrency ASAP. And I would have been right as it shot up.

But crypto isn't as much an investment as it is a hedge against Democrats (well ok Republicans too) spending money like drunken sailors and degrading the value of the US dollar to nothing.

I agree (but I've never heard of Copper) however right now it's likely the market is due for a correction.

Since there are many things effecting today's market I would say start with maybe just 10% of your investing in a diversified fund of stocks and bonds like those mentioned or even the Redwood fund through Aspiration bank.

You may even want 5% - 10% in Cryptocurrency through say PayPay. But I'd suggest putting the majority (like 80%) into a savings account that pays 0.35% or higher with no withdrawal penalties such as Welthfront, Capital 360 Savings and others.

When the government stops spending like a drunken sailor on his 1st leave perhaps the markets will be a safer proposition.
