One idea is that there are certain jobs that provide housing, like Americorps NCCC, being a nanny, or being an apartment building manager.

go to youtube and type in the search box how to freeze evictions, how to hide an eviction, also ask youtube how do i get rid of hard inquires, how do i get rid of collections- how do i get rid of charge offs for free, get soft inquiry credit cards-please don't get hard inquiry credit cards- also look up primary credit cards and tradelines with soft inquires only- this will boost your credit over 800 in 2 months also ask a family or friend to add you to one of their high credit lines credit cards but tell them not to give you the credit card- you only need them to add you to their credit card to boost your credit scores even faster- they can cut the card up as long as you are on their credit card —look this up on youtube, type in the search bar get added to someone's credit card and youtube will tell you more about this— ask youtube about the shopping cart trick and how to freeze your credit reports so the credit bureaus can't verify your info when you dispute it.—also file for an ein and d&b biz credit line- make a biz website building resumes or websites- then apply for biz credit cards worth 10,000 dollars and up then pay for your biz ads online on facebook instagram etc- this will enable you to get away from your family–research how to get business credit- how to get biz credit on a new account— also pay for an aged tradeline of 3 years or better- their expensive but worth it and will get you out of your parents home in 3-4 months—- due your due diligence and good luck—and don't stop

Look for a place that's for rent by the owner instead of a company. You'll have better luck that way. Also maybe a roommate might help some.

Once you do get an apartment, open an emergency fund account separately from your savings account (possibly online) and budget at least $25 a month to that account. If you can handle multiple accounts, get a separate checking account at your bank for making bill payments only, add your rent, utilities, internet and divide by 2, and set that money up for direct deposit from your pay check. Do not get a debit card or checks. Use this account for payments only. I currently do this for making all my household related monthly payments and any credit card debt comes from my personal checking account. When you discipline yourself to do this you will never be late and will always have a cash reserve should something happen. Try it and let us know how it works for you.
