I just posted about winning $5 and not being able to claim it. I checked my email and it was confirmed that I won the $5. I wonder if something was changed in how you claim the $5? By the way It made my day. Hooray!

Funny, I won $5 back at the end of August and would occasionally check into the site again when the email reminder came along… Miraculously, today… FINALLY, I was able to redeem it to be sent to my PayPal account! I'm not sure if this happens to everyone, but I wanted to give you a bit of reassurance by letting you know it is possible to redeem after some time, at the very least. Perhaps they only redeem a few times a year(quarterly), or something of the sort? I'm not sure of the details exactly and why it's taken this long to have the ability to redeem my winnings. I wish I could be of more help.. 😔

My account seems to not be counting my activities or savings amount. Is there a specific time that the scratchers become available again? It's Monday, I have 295 points, but my button is greyed out.

Joined today, earned some points, redeemed 3 scratch offs, won $5. Not a good hourly rate but $5 is $5.
