Rebecca, first of all don't be ashamed. If you are healthy and have a job this can change. It is your mindset that has to change in order to accomplish what you want. Do you have debt, if so list it…set goals to pay it off; track your everyday expenses for 1-month and pick up a copy of Dave Ramsey's "Total Money Makeover" and pray for guidance and discipline.

I would love for my kid or kids to move back in with me. I would love to see my Grandchildren more often. I have plenty of room. I don’t like eating alone. I would love to cook for people again.
