The goal is to be debt free…but with student loans it can be so hard. fingers crossed that in three years this will get done. Its hard though because I want it gone NOW! XD

As long as your payments cover more than just the interest, you will have them paid off eventually.

Ive been using a bucket system where i have a bucket for debts. Any money that goes in there for a months time gets thrown at any debt i have been chipping away slowly over the 4 weeks of that month. It helps boost the debt away.. At least it looks like it hehe. Keeps me motivated.

When creating a budget, in order to handle the debt, try to negotiate with your creditors to have all the debt be a percentage of your income. For example, 10%, 20% or even 40%. But as long as you have it at a percentage of your income, it makes it much easier to handle it.
