I just signed up and the personality test won't move to question 2. Any suggestions? I've closed out and retried still nothing

Yes, there's something going on with that survey. I did it months ago and got points for it at the time. Then last week, the checkmark disappeared and it's listed as an activity I still have to do. Same thing with the Financial Health Survey. And no, I tried accessing them but cannot.
