I’m still married but we have been separated for five years now but he continues to use me and our last child on his taxes and won’t be fair about it not even to share with his child. So besides the obvious a divorce which he refuses how can I file my own taxes when he files his first thing every year. He received all three stimulus into his bank account and refused to share. How can I get this to stop.
