I like it when my change is rounded up and put in my savings account

I prefer credit because it is easier to track for budgeting. I also earn cash back rewards from my cards which I always pay the balance off each month.

I agree with others that credit is better for earning rewards and for tracking money. But I have family members who don't pay off their credit cards each month. They will lose money on interest and late fees, so credit is not right for everyone.

Cash so you don’t pay interest on what you purchase.

I never pay interest on my credit cards, but I also pay them in full each month.

Credit for many of the reasoons above as well as it provides better fraud protection. Should someone use your card they are using the credit cards money not mine and the cc companies typically have better dispute processes over banks when its your debit card (your actual money) thats compromised

Credit cards most definitely! Over the past few years I've found myself using credit cards more often than cash. Using my credit cards has just become a way of life for me. I rarely use or carry cash anymore.

Credit cards are a convienance any more until the credit card machine jsnt working

Use credit card… maintaining low balance…and pay immediately. Maybe just use it for gas.. or utilities.

credit is better as long as you just spend what you can afford to pay

I prefer credit to debit for the rewards but I try to always pay by the due date to avoid paying interest

your best option is to use credit and pay it off before the statement date so you can get cashback and rewards- cash and debit don't provide this

Credit cards because of the rewards and tracking of expenses. However, if someone does not pay off their credit cards consistently every month, then they would be better off using cash.
