When managing bills I generally go old school and Write them all down, I know there are apps that does that but i like this way, I go through my account and see when they all cleared and write that date down and see what balances, if any, there are to put that down for budgeting purposes. We all have to find the things that is easier or simplistic for ya to keep up with the bigger picture….

I am also a pen and paper budgeter. For me writing things down allows me reflect on what occurred throughout the month and I can easily go back through my planner/notebook to compare months.
