I'm going through something something what a like your situation now. Dothan Alabama go through probate office which has to have a lawyer to receive estate over property well that means you have to pay the probate Plus for what's the time and the the paperwork going to cost you which is pretty high and read my father not having a will and the covid-19 pandemic coming around so soon after curly short I'm getting the house fixed but they also cut the electricity off and water because someone nearby them that my father had passed $@!#% we can't get a electricity on until we get the correct paperwork hands up question marks on top of the head.

When you buy a house is good to have a team of people that can help you repair and help you around the house. Instead of paying thousand if dollars. You can have people do a better job than other professional for less money.

I am looking to buy a home after 20 years of renting apartments. Living in a 2 bedroom that costs 1200 just seems unjust to me especially when rent goes up every single year. This is a waste of coins!!

There should be people out there to help people like me to get the help on buying a home with bad credit and less money for a down payment with credit repair?

I would love to own a home at some point. Right now I am renting while figuring out where I want to live long-term.

Renting is easier to do if you don't have a down payment or good credit. But after you save for this and develop your credit, buying a small house or apartment would be better or a two family house so you can rent one and use the rent to help you pay the mortgage. What do

I also want to buy, but with my current debt situation, the calculator said the house I can afford is $28,500. It's laughable, but I know with the rent I currently pay I can afford more than that.

Eu pago pelo meu aluguel $1.100 no mes, talvez um mortgage pagaria no minimo $1.500 no mes nests caso nao vale a pena pagar aluguel.

I think buying a home is the smartest because you are putting money towards something you can say is yours in the future vs paying forever, only downside o can think off is property taxes and needing to buy and pay for appliances you need or may break vs leaving that up to a landlord

I think transitional houses would be ok for a while. But the drama behind them is unreal.

I think someone once said the only difference between an owner and a renter is the downpayment. So true.

A renter pays for the freedom from potential maintenance issues, possibly increased mobility, and -if they can afford to buy a residence- the opportunity cost of a down payment and closing costs.

If the landlord can price the rent accordingly the renter will be paying for all of their costs plus some profit margin.

Owning is a plus and it adds to your net worth. There are some awesome first time homebuyer programs out there that will work with you to get yourself on track, but you will have to do your homework and the work. Ask around for resources at your bank, community organizations and housing services in your city and your state government.
