I don't know if I received the right info before I signed up. Its not showing anything for the month of December. Does it take time to show up on here? Also does money have to be deposited every week?

@Judith - I joined about a year ago, and I learned from their support team that it takes a day or two for the deposit to be mirrored in your saverlife account . To be honest, I haven't had any issues with this. I've won a few savings challenges already like scratch and save I've won twice, and I even won one of their prizes from race to 500 last year.
I added money and its showing up. But its telling me I cant play scratch abd play this week
@Kasey - are you saving money in the account you linked to saverlife? That was the issue I had at one point. You can always email them, that's how I get my issues solved: help@saverlife.org

@Jennifer - I think saving money is a process that you need to be ready for. When I didn't have any money to save (same like you), I read up on anything and everything I could find about saving money. That's how I found out about SaverLife in the first place. And then when I changed workplaces and got into a better situation, I was able to save maybe $5-$10 a week. And little by little it adds up

@Danielle, I talked to support and they said that your net in the bank account needs to be higher on Monday when they pull verification.

Are you on EST or PST? I understand that you go by the time that the bank reports the deposit to you, but which one do you use?

Has anyone else been selected for the focus group tomorrow? I'm so sad I was so darn excited to earn 50 bucks on here to do a 75 minute focus group and the slots we're filled. I replied yes right after I got the email?? But, maybe next time??

The amount on my dashboard is the total amount I have in my linked account, not how much I've saved since joining.
So far I've only done two deposits. My very first deposit hit my account on a Thursday, but it didn't show on SaverLife until Monday, so I thought "huh, it must be a weekly thing." So in order to get the money in the account before the following Monday, once again the deposit hit my account on Thursday and this time SaverLife accounted for it on the same day >.<
Make sure you have the right s count linked.
