I won the 50$ too on Dec 5 but unfortunately just like the 2 5$ scratch tickets I won on here I haven’t received my money and I’ve emailed customer service over 30 times trying to get it resolved and still no luck. It’s a real bummer I’m half tempted to just deactivate my account what’s the point of having my bank account info connected to something that can’t even add the funds too. Plus I opened three new bank accounts just trying to get the money deposited into them so there’s that n now I’ve got to figure out how to close all them. Hopefully you all have a much better outcome than I have.

Mine has always been sent to my PayPal account, not my bank account. Go into your account settings and set up your payout method/information. It does not go to a bank account that's linked

Got to your settings and set up your payout method. Money will not go to your linked account unless you set it up as your payout method also. This is the second time I've posted this but I'm beginning to believe no one reads the comments. I've never had a problem getting my winnings or getting help from customer service. Most of the time if you just read you'll find the answer to most of your questions or solutions to your problems.
