Whenever I think the points are working again, they stop. I got points for reading and posting for a few days, then nothing.
Having the same problems. Ive never been able to deposit the $5 in savings.
Rebecca, why are you not able to deposit money into your savings?
I had a similar problem. I wasn’t receiving my cash from winning a scratch off. I emailed and they said I should have it within 24 hours. This was a Tuesday and they said they’d keep the claim open until Friday. Wednesday I got another email saying the claim was closed since I hadn’t responded. I did eventually get the money but it was a lot more work than it was worth.
Latasha I have no idea but I try to do it everyday but no luck.
Just like today I have posted on forms and read the article and still no points for either.
Happens to me often
Make sure you scroll all the way to the bottom when you read the article of the day. I almost always receive credit immediately when I do that, though sometimes it doesn't show up for a couple of hours.

I am having the same problems! I have read and reread the article of the day 5 times and still not a single point!
Kelley you have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page.
Same problems! Not getting points from reading the articles
I've found that for the articles to count you'll need to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. Especially on mobile.
If you read the article but done scroll down to the very bottom (past the end of the article) then you may not get your points.

Sometimes the points don't register immediately. Check your Points Summary (under the "My Dashboard" heading) later in the day to see if you were awarded credit for the day. I've noticed it takes a couple hours sometimes for the points to show up after I read the daily article.
I kind of wish the forum was cleaned up at certain intervals. I feel like it would be easier to post in the forum if the topics were more easy to sort through
Reading the articles but not receiving points. Hoping this isn’t a consistent issue.
