Are they choosing people in only certian parts of the world. Like do the help people in Texas?

It’s at random. I believe it’s all states though. I’m in NJ and I received it .

If it’s done at random how is it that I know someone who’s received the 500 twice now. They tell me to be diligent and watch my email but I’ve never even received anything.

How is it possible for them to win twice? Unless they are using different emails and EBT cards. I won and I can’t apply again.

It’s the same email and EBT. She signed up through the Fresh EBT app back at the beginning of the year and got it and just got it again this week. I couldn’t sign up through the app but did it through email so idk
