This is an ongoing issue. It just depends on the day if it wants to credit reading the daily article or not. I can't tell ya'll how many emails I've had to send regarding missing points. I get the same response every time that the problem has been fixed, and then it happens again the next day. The lady that responded to my message said my case had been closed because the points were updated, but I just checked and still haven't received any of the points. You would think that with this many people having issues and their message center blowing up, that this would finally be fixed.

I don’t get credit for reading the article every day either. Some days it doesn't register no matter how many times I read it. I wonder if it’s because they keep showing the same articles over and over.

It happened again today, that I didn't get credit for reading the article no matter how many times I clicked on it. I guess I'll be sending another email for today and also for a day last week my points were never credited.

The Daily Article is no longer showing up for me to read, is anyone else having this problem. Can't find anywhere to report this either.
