It says I earned points but then it says I have 0 points? I'm confused

I was wondering the same thing as I'm new and noticed that as well. This seems like a pretty good site but I want to make sure it's legit before telling friends about it.

I would hold off recommending this site to friends until the point issue is sorted out for everyone, Raeanna C. Once you don’t see reports on the forums about missing points, it’s a good site to recommend. I won 5 dollars from the scratch and save on my second attempt.

Unfortunately, in my time on this site, I've only been able to scratch a total of four times as I have no access to my points.

In the sidebar, under points summary, the correct amount is displayed for me, but under the redemption page, there is no way to access the points, despite them being present in my account.

So, it’s a good legitimate site, but it is broken at the moment for the majority of users. Some have reported that their issues have been resolved, but it probably won’t reflect well on you if you recommend your friends to a site that may or may not reward them for their time spent here.

I’m sticking around due to the sunken cost fallacy where I already spent time accumulating unusable points, in the dire hopes that they may become usable. But the reality is that judging by the unresponsive administration, many users will be left unable to use their points indefinitely.

My recommendation is to come back in a few weeks to months before spending anymore time here. Unfortunately, I will be returning here every 24 hours…

Some people say that they have it working, but it seems most people, like myself are experiencing a critical error with points on the website with no solution.
