What should I do if I don't get my points credited to my account

Marlene B: You can click on the Help Tab and submit a ticket. It may ask you to log-in before you can submit a ticket. For me, I had to create an account specifically for the Help as my SaverLife account itself didn't seem to log-in without creating one, but I could use the same e-mail.

Thanks for the information this happened to me the other day … did not receive points after reading articles

If you want to get your points on the articles right away click on read article, then scroll down to the very bottom of the page and click on the very last article shown that says read more, and a banner will pop up saying you received 15 points or whatever amount of points you’re suppose to receive for reading that article. Hope this helps.
