I would have to agree that the $600 stimulus check was too little and too late.
It's ridiculous that it gave a ton of cash to foreign countries and the friends of politicians like the Kennedy Center, which has been closed anyway, but NOW they claim there's no money left for taxpayer relief.
When will we have representatives that live in the real world and realize that we're here struggling to save even $5 a week, at least many of us, and that we're not the world's honey pot for countries that don't even like us very much?
Congress and their staffs have no idea what it's like to do without. Even if there's a government shutdown they get backpay. Where's the backpay for us?

With the Democrats winning Georgia and now the Senate, a larger stimulus check is all but guaranteed. Hopefully soon. I know I could use it.
