I can't help but feel doomed!!!

I can't help but feel doomed!!! I'm 42 back moving and living with my parents which is embarrassing enough. I just cannot I figure out how to save money. Uncle right now I'm unemployed I'm looking at a family restaurant and my dad fell ill but she was the owner of the business and looking for work however I just had all my teeth pulled so not very inviting on getting a job with no teeth. So another hiccup I have I don't know if I'm making excuses or not. I definitely have a need to save. With that being said over the last few days my feeling has went from a need to almost an overwhelming desire hopefully that's a good sign. Ideas on saving with little to no income!!!!
