Hello all. Any single moms out there that have issues with recieving child support? As my ex owes over 10000 in arrears and he has not filed taxes in over 3 years so me and the kids were not eligible to get his stimulus check….but anyways….in ga they still count your child support as income even if you dont get unless you go at least 3 full months without it despite them being in arrears or only paying partial payments so it lessons your benefits even in my case kicked me off where I had to reapply and was approved. Just venting. I have open ears to listen to others on here too.

I also do for my kids. He has over 20k in back pay. I never got his stimulus either didn't realize that was a thing?

Well move to Maryland, I left him with the house in SC. Maryland don't wait for him to pay we get 40% out of work checks, commission, and stimulus of his new family even though I claim our kids on my taxes!
