I got this from a linkedin learning (my county library provides free access, does yours?) video, since the acronym he used was "savers" it seemed to fit here.

S - Silence, quiet my mind and meditate every morning, set a timer for 10 mins
A - Affirmations, are written statements that direct focus to something of value, lying to yourself and using passive language is never optimal.
Afirm what I am committed to and
remind myself why my commitments are meaningful,
what activities will confirm my success (EG. how many contracts per day)
When specifically will I do these activities?
V - Visualizations, see the steps that I need to take to achieve my affirmations, with a smile on my face, enjoy the steps to my success. See myself from the outside, 3rd person, like I'm watching a movie of myself.
E - Exercise, do at least 60 seconds of jumping jacks, or stretching, something when I wake, full body workout - see the 7 min workout.
R - Reading, we are only one book away from learning whatever we need or want to know.
S - Scribing (writing/journaling) 5 min journal, 3 things I am grateful for, what are the 3 things I need to do to accomplish what I want to for the day.

We all have a monkey on our backs for urgency, we see where others are and want to be there. We need to take time to appreciate where we are in life’s journey. When you get to where you want to be you never wish it happened any sooner. There are no accidents in life, the adversity we face and overcome make us stronger, be at peace with where you are, if I am alive life is good.
