Thought it would be nice to share ideas of how to stay inspired in this difficult time. I usually have a morning routine that includes walking the dog, yoga, scripting and planning my day. "Win the morning, win the day" seems to be true for me. Not that it always happens, but days that start with activities that nourish my well being are happier and more productive.

I also turn to Youtube videos and books for inspiration. It's old school (even for me) but I've benefited greatly from Jim Rohn's videos https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aOOYeMDLgC0 He was Tony Robbins mentor and credits his life success to his own mentor Earl Shoaff.

How do you stay motivated? Do you have a morning routine? Do you have favorite videos to share? Do you have a mentor?

I listen to Kirk Franklin’s “Melodies from Heaven” every morning on my way to work to get positive vibes going. I also added little rewards so that aid can celebrate when I reach a goal.

Thanks for sharing @India H. I googled it and am listening now. Love me some gospel, adding it to my playlist.
