Be careful with food banks. My local food bank has positive cases of COVID!

Sadly some are running low and may not be able to serve their area populations or so it seems in recent news reports.

Sometimes the National guard has been bringing food to the reservations. Its all old and expired though.

I get meals from Senior Action. They are great and really help my budget.

Grocery stores will often throw out perfectly good food to make room for their new shipments, lots of bakeries/restaurants will throw out good food at the end of the day, and churches will often either give out food or find some kind of work, (like cleaning out the pews or vacuuming), in exchange for food. If you're really pushing to make ends meet, it might be worth checking into
