The scratcher doesnt work at all for me. I have nearly 1500 points and it says i have none and it wont let me use the scratcher.

Yes. I too had an issue day 1. I scratched, won $5, and had an issue with submitting my info. Never got my $5. And I have never won another scratcher since.

i won on one scratcher recieved my $5 in my bank account and now everytime i have enough points for a scratcher something always happens.

I had an issue the other day with nothing showing up and it took my points. I received an email yesterday that I won. So I think it has already decided when you click redeem before you even scratch if you won.
